Research demonstrates that the most effective way to use Uprise to improve your well being, is by following this sequence:

  1. When you signup, book 1 coaching session a week, for 4 weeks.

  2. Do 1 Basic Skill module before each coaching call. 

  3. After the Basic Skills continue with the Advanced Skills on your own, no coaching is needed. 

It’s much better if you prepare for the session in advance.
